The register
The public record held by an authority. It may issue the producer number a marketplace asks you for.
EPR operations for non-resident sellers
Tell us where you sell and what you ship. We map the packaging, electrical equipment, battery and textile routes that may apply. Then we prepare the agreed files and keep every submission, response and declaration date in one place.
The same teams behind epritalia.com, eprspain.com, eprfrance.com and six more.
A person reads your answers, checks the route and names what is missing.
We list the country, stream and work included, line by line.
Our service fee on one line. Third-party costs on theirs.
Shippeu network · 09 local sites
epritalia.com, eprspain.com and seven more country sites remain local entry points. Shippeu brings your scope, files and dates into one account.

Inside one country row · 03 separate pieces
The public register, the private scheme and the declaration calendar are three separate things. We keep the distinction visible instead of flattening them into a single “compliant” badge.
The public record held by an authority. It may issue the producer number a marketplace asks you for.
The organisation you may join to report volumes and pay eco-contributions. Registering does not automatically make you a member.
Reporting dates vary by country and product stream. Every deadline we verify keeps the date we last checked its source.
Scope preview · five short questions
Where you are based, where you sell, how you sell, who buys and what you ship can each change the answer. The preview puts the questions in order for you; a person still does the review.
| Country | Packaging | WEEE | Batteries | Textiles |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Italy | Route review | Route review | Not assessed | Not assessed |
| Spain | Route review | Route review | Not assessed | Not assessed |
| Portugal | Route review | Route review | Not assessed | Not assessed |
This preview identifies routes to review. A person confirms the obligation, price and timing before you receive a quote. Non-selected streams are “not assessed”, not “out of scope”.

External decisions pending
We control preparation, submission and follow-up. The authority and scheme control acceptance and timing.
You selected Spain, declared the packaging route and added your annual material weights.
A reviewer checked your company route, sales channel and packaging data together.
We asked you for one VAT certificate. Everything else stayed in review.
You attached the certificate to this file, not to a general inbox.
We set out our service fee and the third-party costs on separate lines.
We filed the MITECO registration and the Ecoembes membership as two separate submissions.
Your file stays visible with its full history while the external decision is pending.

Countries we run · source status shown
These are the nine countries we run a local site for. Each country–stream pair can have its own register, scheme and declaration calendar, and we only name an entry point here once we have a documented source for it.
9 entries source-reviewedsources reviewed 14–19 Aug 2026
Every name here comes from the country site that documents it, with the date that site last reviewed its sources. One organisation pair still cannot stand for every stream in a country: each country × stream record keeps its own source and review date.
Costs · itemised before payment
We publish the service price we set ourselves and show external costs on their own lines. Every quote names the country, stream and work it covers.
Each country has its own service fee. Before you pay, the written quote spells out the route, the work included and the billing period.
Fees, environmental contributions, taxes and guarantees depend on the country, stream, materials and volumes. The relevant authority or scheme sets them, not us.
€299 is the Shippeu service fee only. Register, scheme and authority costs, environmental contributions, taxes and guarantees are separate. Calculator results are indicative; the written quote is the commercial record.
You answer the five route questions. No account, no card.
A person checks the route and tells you exactly what is missing.
We put our fee and the known third-party costs on separate lines.
This is the first time anything is charged.
We file the agreed work and record every response and next date.
Before you start
Unusual route or a tight marketplace deadline? Ask before you commit. We separate what we need from you, what we can do and what stays with the authorities and schemes.
Read all questionsOften, yes. Some obligations start with the first unit placed on the market; exemptions vary by country, stream and sales route. We check your route before quoting.
Yes. If you do, you manage the local register, scheme contract and declaration calendar for each country and stream. If you use Shippeu, we prepare and track that work in one account.
Once your answers are complete, we tell you plainly whether the date looks reachable. We control preparation and filing; the authority controls when it issues a number.
Mostly things you already have: company registration, VAT or local tax details, your sales route and product streams, annual packaging weights by material, and any documents we request for a specific file.
No. Shippeu is an independent private service. We prepare and submit files; each named authority and scheme decides whether and when to accept them.
